It is time to get ready for next years football season!

If you are serious about improving your performance for football now is the time to start a strength & conditioning program. This should be more of strength program than conditioning at this time of the year. Now is not the time to waste your time doing ridiculous agility drills, jumping on a vertimax or any other of the scams out there. If you want to get faster you need to get stronger. If you improve your strength you will improve your power with the correct training program. There are an endless number of programs that mislead you with their talk of power, agility and speed camps. These programs are just designed to take your money! The only thing you get better at is doing these drills which have very little if any carry over to sport. You will greatly increase your chances of better performance by getting stronger.
