The Movement & Capacity Evaluation is the first step inside the Strength Rx system.

It is designed to assess how you move, how you produce force, and what your body is currently prepared to tolerate under load.

The purpose is not to test fitness.
It is to establish the correct starting point for structured training.


What This Evaluation Provides

This session allows for a clear understanding of:

  • Movement quality and control
  • Strength and capacity under load
  • Joint and tissue tolerance
  • Injury history and movement limitations
  • Readiness for progression into structured training

What You Leave With

Following your evaluation, you will receive:

  • A clear assessment of current physical capacity
  • Identification of key limitations or constraints
  • A defined starting point within the Strength Rx system
  • Recommended training structure (session length and frequency)

What to Expect

  • 45–60 minute one-on-one session
  • Fully coached and structured environment
  • No fatigue-based training
  • No performance testing for exhaustion
  • Clear direction moving forward

Evaluation Investment

A $100 evaluation fee is required to reserve your session.

This fee is applied toward your initial 12-week training commitment if you begin within 14 days of your evaluation.
