No refunds are issued for unused time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Commitment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Training at Strength Rx is built on consistency and progression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By enrolling, you agree to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Maintain a consistent training schedule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Follow the recommended training frequency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Communicate any scheduling conflicts in advance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Short-term or inconsistent participation is not supported within this model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Strength Rx operates on a scheduled, coach-led system. Time is reserved specifically for each client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Training time is reserved in advance and scheduling is limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Session Cancellations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">A minimum of <strong>12 hours notice<\/strong> is required to cancel or reschedule a session<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Sessions canceled with less than 12 hours notice will be forfeited<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Missed sessions (\u201cno-shows\u201d) are forfeited in full<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rescheduling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Sessions may be rescheduled within the same billing cycle, based on availability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Rescheduling is not guaranteed due to limited scheduling capacity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Consistent rescheduling may result in loss of preferred time slots<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Membership Cancellation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Membership cancellations require <strong>7 days notice<\/strong> prior to the next billing date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Requests made within 7 days of billing may result in one additional charge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Once canceled, reserved time slots are released<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Holds and Exceptions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Temporary holds may be granted in limited circumstances (travel, medical, etc.) at the discretion of Strength Rx.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Holds must be requested in advance and are not guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Strength Rx is built on structure, consistency, and accountability.
