The Starting Point for Every Client

Every client begins here.
Not with random workouts.
Not with guesswork.
Not with generic programming.
Every recommendation begins with understanding how your body moves, produces force, transfers force, and controls movement under load. That information guides every recommendation we make.
The Movement & Capacity Evaluation provides the information needed to determine the most appropriate starting point for your training.
What This Is
The Movement & Capacity Evaluation is a structured, one-on-one assessment designed to evaluate how your body currently moves, produces force, transfers force, and controls movement—and identify what’s limiting your progress.
This is not a workout.
This is not a free consultation.
This is the foundation upon which every Strength Rx and Kinetic Torque training program is built.
Every client accepted into a Strength Rx or Kinetic Torque training program completes a Movement & Capacity Evaluation before beginning training.
Who It’s For
The Movement & Capacity Evaluation is appropriate for:
- Adults pursuing better movement, strength, and long-term physical capacity.
- Athletes seeking measurable performance improvement.
- Golfers and rotational sport athletes.
- Individuals returning to higher-level training after injury or extended time away.
- Anyone seeking individualized coaching rather than generic programming.
If you’re looking for drop-in sessions or random workouts, this system is probably not the right fit.

What Happens Next
Following your Movement & Capacity Evaluation, we’ll review and analyze your results before making any recommendations.
Every recommendation is based on objective findings—not assumptions.
After completing our review, you’ll receive:
- A summary of your evaluation findings.
- Identified movement and performance limitations.
- Your recommended training path.
- Recommended training frequency.
- An individualized training plan designed around your goals and current capabilities.
Based on your evaluation, we’ll recommend the training path that best fits your goals, current abilities, and long-term development. That recommendation may begin with Strength Rx, Kinetic Torque, or a progression through both.
